When my health became a priority because I knew that I could feel and be better - sure didn't want to end up with Alzheimer's like my dad or diabetes/heart disease like my mom, I invested in time with webinars. Can't thank Dr. V enough for all the help she has given me in my search for health and anti-aging as I move into my 70's. Thank goodness you do this work to help people thrive. I have struggled with anxiety, panic & depression since a teenager.
